Some of my favorite memories were made in small rooms dressed up with string lights, a thrifted rug, and a table set with more love than money. That feeling — cozy, welcoming, a little bit festive — is what this whole site is about.

On Home & Hooray you’ll find simple, budget-friendly home decor ideas, clever small-space organization tricks, and easy ways to turn everyday moments into celebrations — from casual movie nights to birthday parties and full-on holiday gatherings.

Everything I share has to pass one test: could a real person, with a real budget and a busy week, actually pull this off? If the answer is no, it doesn’t get published. No unrealistic designer budgets, no 47-step projects — just ideas you can actually use this weekend.

When I’m not styling shelves or planning the next party theme, you’ll usually find me hunting for decor finds, testing new table settings, and drinking far too much tea.
